These approaches aim to promote children’s language development while supporting the family during this critical period. Parent-implemented interventions have become an essential component of early care services directed at young children with or at risk of developmental disabilities. These results have implications in the clinical management of late-talking children, and they are discussed in terms of evidence-based practice.
